Need a quarter side of beef to feed your family but overwhelmed by all the decisions? This bundle is the perfect solution! We'll put together 100 pounds of meat out of current inventory. All steaks will be cut at 1.25" thick and packaged individually. Here's what you can expect to receive with this bundle....

Steaks (approximately 20 lbs)

• KC Strips: 5 qty. (approx. 4 lbs)
• Filets: 5 qty (approx. 2 lbs)
• Ribeyes: 5 qty (5 – 5.5 lbs)
• Sirloins: 3 qty (3.5 - 4 lbs)
• Flank: 1 qty (2 lbs)
• Skirt steak: 1 qty (2 lbs)
• Minute steaks: 1 pkg (approx. 1.5 lbs)

Hamburger (approximately 25 pounds)

• Ground beef: 45 lbs in 1 or 2 pound chubs (depending on availability)
• Hamburger patties: 3 packages (6 lbs; patties are 1/3lb ea)

Misc Cuts (approximately 30 pounds)

• Arm roasts: 2 qty (approx. 6 lbs)
• Chuck roasts: 2 qty (approx. 6 lbs)
• Pike's Peak/Rump roast: 1 qty (approx. 3-4 lbs)

• Beef ribs: 2 qty (approx. 3 lbs)

• Brisket: 1 qty (4-6 lbs)

• Stew meat: 4 qty (4 lbs)
