Don't need an entire half or quarter side, but still looking to stock your freezer? Our 50 pound assortment is the perfect solution! All steaks will be cut at 1.25" thick and packaged individually. Here's what you can expect to receive with this bundle...

Steaks (approximately 10 lbs)

• KC Strips: 3 qty. (approx. 2.5 lbs)
• Filets: 3 qty (approx. 1.5 lbs)
• Ribeyes: 2 qty (2 – 2.5 lbs)
• Sirloins: 2 qty (2.5 lbs)
• Flank OR Skirt steak: 1 qty (2 lbs)
• Minute steaks: 1 pkg (approx. 1.5 lbs)

Hamburger (approximately 25 pounds)

• Ground beef: 20 lbs in 1 or 2 pound chubs (depending on availability)
• Hamburger patties: 3 packages (6 lbs; patties are 1/3lb ea)

Misc Cuts (approximately 30 pounds)

• Arm roasts: 1 qty (approx. 3 lbs)
• Chuck roasts: 1 qty (approx. 3 lbs)

• Beef ribs: 1 qty (approx. 1.5 lbs)

• Brisket: 1 qty (4-6 lbs)

• Stew meat: 2 qty (2 lbs)

• Fajita meat: 1 qty (1 lbs)
