Processing & Availability Dates

When do you need your meat?

We utilize several processors, including Attica Locker, Chieftain Brand Meats, Krehbiels Specialty Meats, and Olpe Meat Locker. Here is the current listing of upcoming processing dates. Hang time varies from locker to locker, but, on average, meat is aged, cut, and ready for pickup/delivery approximately 3 weeks after slaughter date.
